Please note that although we endeavour to keep our prices up to date, the prices given below are indicative; the final total of any reservation you make with us will be confirmed by the respective apartment owner.
Please also note that, at the discretion of the respective apartment owner, for reservations in certain High Season holiday periods (eg Christmas and New Year) a supplementary charge may be made.
To comply with legal requirements in Lanzarote, all non 'friends and family' guests are now required to be registered with the guardia within 24 hours of arrival. This necessitates the collection of your passport data and completion of the appropriate paperwork in person by a representative of the respective apartment owner. Your apartment owner will explain the procedure for this with your arrival details. Due to the costs of implementing this legal requirement some owners may have to make a charge for this. You will be informed by the respective owner at the time of booking.
IMPORTANT
As of 1 January 2024, the Canarian Government has introduced a new law applying TGIC (VAT) of 7% to all bookings. Unfortunately, Columbus Apartments is obliged to comply and add this to all bookings.

Booking Notes
As of 1 January 2024, TGIC (VAT) of 7% will be added to all bookings; this is to comply with the new law introduced by the Canarian Government and is beyond our control.
Prices displayed are indicative and non-binding; they may be subject to change e.g. for bookings made for dates in the future.
Prices are in Pound Sterling, but we also accept payment in Euros (at the exchange rate at time of payment).
Infants (under two years old) are free and do not count towards occupancy.
Discounts & Special Offers
Discounts may be offered for longer stays, late bookings or for returning clients at the discretion of the relevant apartment owner - these will be applied at the time of booking.
Optional Extras
The rental of cots, highchairs etc can be arranged, but may be subject to an additional charge at the discretion of the relevant apartment owner. Any charge must be paid for at the time of booking.
